Door-to-door has always been recruited one company at a time: a manager, a job post, a text thread. Knock Door to Door replaces that with one application, one ranking and one place door-to-door companies can hire from.
What we are
A recruiting platform that covers every door-to-door industry: solar, roofing, pest control, fiber internet, home security, windows and siding, HVAC, lawn care, water treatment, TV and telecom, retail energy and gutters. Reps apply once and choose their industries. Companies hire from a ranked, pre-screened pool.
What we are not
We are not a single company's hiring page, and we are not a general job board. We do not recruit for anything that is not door-to-door.
How placement works
- Application. Five minutes, no resume. Industries, experience, availability, location, transportation and goals.
- Ranking. Every applicant gets a score and a tier. The score comes from the application and the phone screen, and it decides which roles and companies we put the applicant forward for.
- Matching. We match ranked applicants with companies hiring in their industries and markets.
- Interviews and placement. We schedule, follow up and confirm the start.
- The next move. Reps stay on the platform. When they want a new industry, market or role, we already have their record.
What we believe
Door-to-door is the best job in the world for the right person. The reps who win are the ones who end up at a company that tells the truth about pay, territory and the back end. We only introduce reps to those companies, and we tell reps the truth about every industry, including the hard parts.
